These terms describe use of the FactorSpaces company website. FactorSpaces LLC is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For questions, email FACTORSPACESLLC@GMAIL.COM.

Website information

This site introduces our products and services. Descriptions are general information, not a binding quotation or a promise of availability, performance, ranking, sales or delivery dates. Product capabilities and availability may change. FactorPOS is currently presented for development and pilot enquiries.

Enquiries and engagements

Sending an email or opening a demo does not purchase a service, reserve a place in a pilot, or create a service contract. Scope, pricing, delivery, payment, support and any cancellation or refund arrangements must be agreed separately before an engagement begins. Specific product licences and service agreements apply to those products and engagements.

Demos and third-party platforms

Demo links may show example restaurant menus and prices. They are not offers by FactorSpaces to sell the displayed food. Opening a demo does not place an order. Any order you choose to submit is subject to the relevant restaurant and product process.

Services involving Google Business Profile or WhatsApp depend on the merchant’s own accounts and the platform’s rules, approvals and availability. FactorSpaces does not guarantee verification, listing approval, search placement, sales results or uninterrupted third-party access. The merchant participates in account setup, verification and publication.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to send unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe another person’s rights. Share only information and materials you are authorised to provide.

Intellectual property

Website branding, text and original visual materials belong to FactorSpaces or their respective rights holders. Access to this website does not grant permission to reuse them commercially. Product software may have a separate licence, which takes precedence for that software. Third-party names identify their respective platforms and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Confirm important details with us before relying on them for a business decision. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applicable law and changes

These website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable UAE law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply in another jurisdiction. A separate engagement agreement may set its own lawful terms. We may update this page as the website changes. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing service agreement.
