This notice covers the FactorSpaces company website and enquiries sent to us by email or through our enquiry form. It explains the information involved when you browse this site or contact FactorSpaces LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Information involved
If you email us or submit our enquiry form, we receive your email address, name where provided, message, and any attachments or business details you choose to share. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
The public company website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the website. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement for its practices.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a project or demo, prepare a proposal, and manage related business communications. Technical information may be used to operate the site, investigate faults and protect against misuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity, including steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or consent where required. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and tracking
The current company website code does not set cookies, use local storage, or include advertising pixels or analytics tools. The country rotation and visual effects run in your browser without storing your selection. Hosting infrastructure may have its own technical behaviour. If tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting and email providers may process information to deliver their services. Enquiries to FACTORSPACESLLC@GMAIL.COM are handled through Gmail. Our enquiry form sends your name, email, optional business name, service selection and message through FormSubmit for email delivery and spam checks. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s documentation. These providers may process information outside your country. Any additional processing or transfer must be assessed against applicable requirements; this notice is not a statement that a particular transfer mechanism has been verified. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage an agreed engagement, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry. GitHub’s hosting logs are subject to its retention arrangements.
Your requests and rights
Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may be able to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it, without affecting prior lawful processing. These rights may be subject to exceptions and identity verification. Email us with the subject “Privacy request” and describe your request. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority where applicable.
External demos and product data
The Dunch menu and signage links take you to separate product pages. This notice does not replace product-specific information about customer orders, merchant data or account use. Review the privacy notice on the relevant product before submitting information. External sites and your email application may apply their own policies.
Security and updates
No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been exposed or misused. We may revise this notice when our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
